If you never take a chance you’ll never get one.
Wayne Gretzky has a great quote, “You miss 100% of the shots you never take.” Jonathan Eric Wilson took a shot many years ago on an instrument that many people didn’t take seriously.
Well they take him seriously now.
Jonathan builds niche stringed instruments called, TogaMan GuitarViols for a who’s who list of top VIP Hollywood media/movie/TV/game composers. His creations are heard in thousands of soundtracks from, 300, Game of Thrones, The Black Swan, Making a Murderer etc. The ironic thing is that Jonathan began making this instrument for his own applications and barely plays music anymore because he’s busy serving a year long backlog of orders at all times.
